This form must be filled out prior to any credit claims being made on auction products.

These forms are available from all UFG Auction offices and our staff can help you if you have any questions.

We allow 24hours from receipt of product to accept claims at the discretion of the UFG auction staff.

If your claim is made past the 24hour period it will be up to the Grower whether it is accepted.
